Buying A Home
Arranging for a home inspection before you purchase your home keeps you informed. Our certified Inspector will carefully examine your potential new home and evaluate the physical condition to identify items that need to be repaired or replaced. This will ensure the home is satisfactory is every respect and allows you to make your home purchase with confidence.​
Selling A Home
Having your home pre-inspected will offer potential buyers peace of mind and it detects any unknown problems or possible upgrades that may need to be addressed in advance. Our home inspection will aid you in the purchase of your home and help you avoid unnecessary delays wile closing on your home.
Building A Home
Each of our new build phase inspections provide our clients with a detailed report composed of pictures, locations, and descriptions of any deficiencies, improper building practices/procedures and/or material concerns, electronically delivered within 24 hours of the scheduled inspection. Our clients are welcome and encouraged to be a part of the inspection process via a walk thru at the completion of the inspection. You will also have direct contact at any time throughout the building process with our Stratton Inspection Services New Homebuilding Department Manager, should any questions or concerns arise during the building process.
One Year Warranty Inspection
This inspection encompasses all aspects of your home, including materials, workmanship, and all systems to assure that any issues are resolved thru the homebuilder warranty department prior to your one-year warranty expiring. Homeowners are highly encouraged to actively participate and/or provide a list of any issues that you have been experiencing, as you are the ones that live in your home and use it daily. However, our all- inclusive detailed inspection can reveal issues that you might not be aware of, issues that will potentially be costly repair s to you the homeowner, long after the homebuilder warranty expires.
